If the product concern is related to incorrect installation by an approved Speed Queen Representative, the customer will allow 48 hours for this to be corrected. After which the application will be reviewed jointly with Speed Queen to make sure operation is correct. If the product concern is related to incorrect installation by individual or un-certified personnel, the customer will allow 7 days for Speed Queen to assist in correcting the installation. After which the application will be reviewed jointly with Speed Queen to make sure operation is correct. Standard Speed Queen warranty applies to all purchases.
