Cardio Fitness Level
Get a better understanding of your overall fitness with Fitbit Charge 2TM. Using your heart rate and exercise stats, Charge 2 will give you a Cardio Fitness Score in the app, show you how it compares to people of your same age and gender, and help you learn how to improve your fitness over time.
Guided Breathing Exercises
Fitbit Charge 2TM helps you find moments of calm throughout your day with guided breathing sessions that play on the display. By tracking your real-time heart rate with PurePulseTM technology, these 2-minute or 5-minute sessions give you personalized prompts that help guide you through a relaxing breathing session.
Fitbit Charge 2TM enables you to stay connected to your life by receiving notifications of calls, texts, and calendar alerts right on your wrist. The Fitbit Charge 2TM will vibrate for incoming notifications, show caller ID, phone numbers, and will display event details in the occurrence of a calendar notification.
PurePulseTM Heart Rate
You can measure your heart rate without the need for an uncomfortable chest strap with the Charge 2s PurePulseTM system. Track all day calorie burn, maximize your training time, ensure your workout intensity remains high, and analyse where you are making health improvements to further tailor your exercise experience.
Auto Exercise Recognition
SmartTrackTM automatically recognises select exercises (running, biking and more) and records them for you in the Fitbit app. You can also customise what gets recorded to give you an experience more representative of your own fitness goals, and the multi-sport tracking features means you can view the stats on your wrist in real time.
